1991 - Where It All Began
Founded by Jim and Deni Morgan in Grant County, starting with a single septic tank mold and a vision for excellence in precast concrete manufacturing.
2007 - New Facility
Relocated to our current facility in Moses Lake, enabling significant expansion of operations and capabilities to better serve our growing customer base.
Product Line Expansion
With our new facility, we expanded to offer a comprehensive range of products including septic tanks, manholes, concrete steps, and various pipe products, meeting the diverse needs of our customers.
